What types of care aids are available?

We have an extensive range of personal care aids. You will find mobility scooters, wheelchairs, rollators and walking crutches with us. You can also contact us for all kinds of bathroom adjustments, stand-up chairs, custom beds, orthopedic pillows, custom cutlery sets, and much more. Our care aids are designed to meet a variety of needs and can be used both inside and outside the home.

How do I know which scooter, wheelchair or walker is right for me?

Choosing the right personal care aids depends on your specific needs and situation. Make an appointment with our care advisor, who will be happy to visit you on location. This way we can determine together what suits your wishes and needs.

Do you also deliver?

Yes! We deliver and collect the care aids you have rented or purchased at the location of your choice. Everything with clear explanation and on the agreed date and time. Depending on your location, we charge a delivery fee. Please contact us for the terms and conditions.

What phone number should I call for roadside assistance?

Do you have an unexpected breakdown during your ride with the mobility scooter? We understand how annoying and stressful this can be. That's why we're always ready to help you when you're stuck on the road. In case of breakdown and/or damage, you can call us on telephone number +34 744 723 248. We will try to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Do you also carry out maintenance on my mobility scooter?

Mobility scooters require annual maintenance. You can take out a subscription with us for € 20 per month. For this we collect and bring your mobility scooter, we check it for you and carry out minor maintenance repairs. In addition, with this annual subscription you are also entitled to roadside assistance and replacement transport. For larger repairs, for example due to damage, you will receive a quote from us in advance.

Do I pay cash or by card?

We accept both, cash or card. To rent mobility scooters, rollators, wheelchairs and other care aids, we charge a deposit. We do like to receive the deposit in cash.

Can I trade in my used scooter with you?

Yes, please! We are specialized in purchasing used mobility scooters of various brands and models. We buy your mobility scooter directly from you, without intermediaries. This means that you sell your mobility scooter quickly, without hassle and at a fair price in line with the market.

Can I also rent care aids and possibly buy them later?

Yes, that's possible! We understand if you first want to know whether a certain care aid is right for you. That is why we offer the option to rent first. If you decide to purchase the aid after the rental period, we will deduct the rental price from the purchase price. This way you are always sure that you are paying the actual price.
